I love doing little photo-projects. So far, I've done a 365-day project "A Wisdom A Day" and a project "The Unbelievable Adventures of Fred the Rapper". A few days ago I started a new project: "The Curious Discoveries of Zadoc the Imperial Jumptrooper" and I'm having a great time following Zadoc around, while he makes his discoveries :-)
