Urban Sketching: Žužemberk Castle

Žužemberk is a lovely little town with a magnificent old castle right in the centre. I've always liked the castle and I've taken many photos of it over the years. So, naturally I had to sketch it, too.

This sketch was actually done as a kind of exercise. It was drawn in one continuous line, with the details added into the sketch with a black brush pen as an afterthought. I actually like how the sketch turned out so much that I've decided to post it on my Flickr site and here on my blog :-)
